It's a great way to stay in shape and challenge yourself both physically and mentally. I also noticed that you mentioned trying different martial arts, but finding boxing to be the most straightforward. I live in an apartment, so I recently got the best inflatable punching bag that I could find. It's a way to practice my technique and get a workout in without disturbing my neighbors.
